Drone flights for professional use are possible under certain conditions :
- Each request is subject to prior authorisation by the Port Authority.
- The period of flight requested is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive days.
- The request must be submitted on the CLEARANCE platform no later than 2 working days before the flight and subject to provision of the following documents :
- A mission order issued by a port company ;
- A valid acknowledgement of receipt for the declaration of activity as an operator of remotely piloted aircraft ;
- Document issued by the Prefecture mentioning the period and the flight area approved by the State services (minimum delay for obtaining the document: 5 working days - sce air events) ;
- Precise definition of the flight period and flight plan for the areas overflown (strict overflight requirements).
