Access permits are issued 24/7 at the Port's main entrance (served by the RN537).

Outside working hours, please identify yourself beforehand on the reception intercom.
Access permits are issued in person. Original and valid ID must be provided. National identity cards, passports and driving licences are accepted as proof of identity, provided they are valid (expiry date and authenticity / integrity / legibility of the document).
Non-Schengen nationals
Non-Schengen nationals requesting access to the port area for more than 90 days (except in very specific cases) must be able to present a visa or similar document certifying that they are legally resident in Europe in addition to their proof of identity.
