In accordance with the GPMLR Special Port Police Regulations in force and approved by prefectoral order, access permits are precarious and revocable by the Port Authority. Withdrawal of the right of access to the Port Area may be linked to safety and/or security reasons and concern acts likely to jeopardise the integrity of persons and property within the administrative limits of the port.

In the event of a repeat offence, the Port Authority will decide on the temporary or permanent withdrawal of the access permit, and therefore of the right of access. The person concerned will then assume full responsibility for the consequences of refused access to the port area and its terminals.
